The theme to which I base this exhibit is within the power to which these artists add to history. The reflection of strength and empowerment exhibited in their work all serve a common purpose in order to represent women as artists throughout history. Many of these works portray women in a vast amount of ways yet not straying away from the demand to be seen. They truly display impeccable instincts as well as grace.

This exhibit includes work by Mary Cassatt, Gabrielle Münter, Susanne Valadon, Tamara de Lempicka, Frida Kahlo, Evelyn Axell, Yolanda Lopez, and Faith Ringgold.
