Conclusion

The Latin American Artist has, and always will be, one that is driven by the desire to break from the bonds of the past, and to ascend to the new heights of the future as its captains. 

Through the examples I have given, I will have shown you that this desire extended beyond "Keeping up with the Jones", and rather that the Latin American Artist also sought to challenge what it meant to be an artist, and what it meant to create and experience "art". The interconnection that art makes us feel challenges us not only as art critics and viewers, but Humans as well.
